Level 1 Support
You have bought a product from Keith & Koep GmbH.
Access to basic product-documentation and software is granted.
No additional support.

Level 2 Support
You have bought a development kit with e-mail and phone support.
Includes level 1 support with the ability to ask technical questions.
Includes basic hardware application notes: i.e. how to connect a SD-card or UART to the Trizeps module.

Level 3 Support
You have bought a development kit with extended support.
Includes level 2 support.
Includes advanced hardware application notes: i.e. how to connect an octal-uart or can-bus.
Includes design-kits, which contain the evaluation board schematics and VHDL-code for the CPLD.
